Be very very careful. I was going to order creams from Avon then read about Boots free gift. So instead ordered products from Boots that qualified for the free ladies gift. The items duly came, except for the free gift even though the advice note said it was included. I contacted Boots who flatly refused to replace saying once it has been despatched they cannot send another. Yet it was NOT in the box. So anyone who does go in for this offer, when the postman delivers it, DONT sign for it until you have opened it and checked the free gift is there. If it is not, seal it back up and refuse to accept it. I am disgusted with Boots reaction. They gave me 500 advantage points to make up, but I dont want the points, I wanted the gift. Next time I will order from Avon free gifts or not, they have never let me down and their poducts are great. Boots conned me, or maybe there is a thief amongst them who steals the free gifts before being posted knowing Boots wont investigate or replace.
